Intuit Partner Platform + Windows Azure = Win for Small Businesses

Posted by Alex Chriss on January 20, 2010

Super-excited to be announcing the relationship between Intuit and Microsoft to bring great apps to Small Business.  This is a huge step for IPP and real validation of our strategy and the effort our team has put in the past two years.  Can’t wait for what happens next!

  1. Congratulations Alex! That’s great news. I am a founder of a SaaS start-up Trevaly (www.trevaly.com). Our sole mission in life is to provide SMBs with a simple, easy to use yet powerful way to collaborate on their demand forecasts with their customers and vendors at a fraction of the cost of traditional entrprise software. We have many users at customer companies who have Quickbooks at their backend for cutting POs and managing their financials. Our users told us that we have tremandous synergy with Quickbooks as most of our users find it mission-critical to first collaborate on their demand forecasts with their vendors prior to going into the Quickbooks to issue POs. This helps them dramatically slash costs, preserve precious capital thru less waste and increase cash flow.

I would love to have the opportunity to speak with you further about exploring the possibilities of becoming a partner on Intuit’s App Center. I would also love to hear your views on Google’s new SMB App Marketplace.

Look forward to hearing from you.
